Recovery Fundamentals Programme

A 12-week intensive support programme group sessions, live mentoring, training videos, community, motivation, implementation support and focus.

After the 12 weeks, you will have a further 3 months of access to all the material and to monthly group sessions to keep you on track and trouble shoot.

Here’s what the programme includes:

1 monthly Q&A with Dr Wafaa Abdel-Hadi

1x weekly live group Q&A call for 45-60 minutes, scheduled to take place every Wednesday at 9am PST/ 12pm EST/ 5pm GMT/ 6pm CET/ 9pm GST

Continued access to Dr Wafaa and Patricia via monthly Q&A sessions for 3 months after completion of the 12-week programme

Option to extend the monthly support sessions on a 3 or 6-monthly basis, thereby keeping access to video material and any future updates

The modules of the Recovery Fundamentals Programme

Month 1:

Nutrition fundamentals. And before you ask- no, this is neither a “keto”, “vegan”, “pescatarian”, “raw food”, “carnivore”, “Mediterranean” nor “juice” approach- it’s tailored to YOU and you’ll rediscover how to go about this with confidence and creativity!

Month 2:

Lifestyle fundamentals. This covers topics from toxins (and why we can’t avoid them but optimise getting them out of our system), stress (and why it might be good for you), physical activity (don’t worry, I won’t be sending everyone to the gym!), trauma (a major driver of dis-ease in many people) to organisation skills (I’m still work in progress as well on that one but have lots of tips to hand), motivational tips, sleep (did you know that optimising it starts in the morning?) and more.

Month 3:

Integration and implementation fundamentals! How do you integrate what you’re learning and absorbing from the programme into a (usually very busy) life? What are the fundamentals of your nutrigenomic analysis and how does this impact on your blood biochemistry? How can you monitor your blood test results? Can you incorporate fasting, and how do you test what the best approach for you is? These and many questions, concerns and pitfalls will be addressed during the third month.

Get to know the Recovery Fundamentals Framework

Know and understand your genomic strengths and weaknesses.

Build your health recovery plan based on testing and optimising, not by copying someone else’s. Transform from a “by-stander” to an active participant on your healing journey.

Get clarity on what food groups to prioritise and how to reduce or keep an eye on the ones that may not suit you as well.

Meet Patricia Daly


THANK YOU for your interest in our work and in joining our foundational group programme! Since you’re here, I’m guessing that you’re on a path to finding your way back to health after a cancer diagnosis.

I’ve been there myself (three times, unfortunately!) and know exactly what rollercoaster you’re on. Some days are great and you’re confident that you’re making the “right” choices, other days are darker and full of doubt. I get it! Sometimes, the project of rebuilding my health and wellbeing seemed like a full-time job to me- including lots of unpaid overtime. I definitely did a few detours and unnecessary trips during my journey of figuring out what impacts my wellbeing most without sacrificing my entire life to it.

And this has become my big mission with my work now: Helping other cancer patients regain vitality, a zest for life and peace of mind by tracking, measuring and using science to their advantage. BUT it’s also all about listening to their intuition. Combining knowledge and inner wisdom is a skill anybody can develop and it’s one of the biggest gifts that I can pass on to others. I’m not “only” a nutritional therapist but have also achieved Masters level in applied biomagnetic therapy over the past 3 years. Additionally, intensive courses in mindful self-compassion and psychological fitness have also contributed to a further understanding of multiple mindset/ belief system and psychological concerns that I address with my clients if and when appropriate.

Welcome to our Special Recovery Program!

Being a clinical oncologist myself and treating thousands of dear patients using conventional approaches with associated side effects and increasing risks of recurrences has made me shift my career to Integrative oncology, using my functional medicine experience in order to understand the root cause of your body’s imbalances that has led to the development of cancer and how we can reprogram your body using the right tools at the right time in the right dose and sequence.

About Patricia Daly

Patricia Daly is an experienced and internationally recognized nutritional therapist (MSc (Advanced Nutrition), dipNT, mBANT, rCNHC), author and educator in the area of integrative cancer support. Following her cancer diagnosis in 2008, she started studying nutrition science and left her corporate career. She is completing her MSc degree in “Advanced Nutrition in Research and Practice” at Middlesex University in London in 2021. As a Swiss native, she regularly attends training courses in Switzerland/Germany, including at the renowned Tumor Biology Center in Freiburg, Germany. Patricia is also one of the founding and advisory board members of the Association for Ketogenic Metabolic Therapies based in Germany.

Over the past 10 years, Patricia has worked with hundreds of clients worldwide that are affected by cancer and that are looking to improve their quality of life with nutrition and lifestyle changes. In 2016, she co-wrote the book “The Ketogenic Kitchen” with Domini Kemp. It quickly became a bestseller in Ireland and subsequently also on Amazon US. Patricia is a guest lecturer and regularly receives invitations to speak at international medical conferences.
