5tbsp Chia seeds (50g)
2tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled (20g)
1.3 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (40g)
1tsp Cinnamon, ground (2.3g)
1 piece Apricots, dried (no stone) (8g)
400ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
6 Brazil nuts (kernel only) (30g)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz. The recipe also works with a hand blender, but texture will be a bit more coarse.
