Hemp and Chia Pudding

Ingredients

5tbsp Chia seeds (50g)
2tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled (20g)
1.3 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (40g)
1tsp Cinnamon, ground (2.3g)
1 piece Apricots, dried (no stone) (8g)
400ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
6 Brazil nuts (kernel only) (30g)

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz. The recipe also works with a hand blender, but texture will be a bit more coarse.

About Patricia Daly

Patricia Daly is an experienced and internationally recognized nutritional therapist (BA Hons, dipNT, mBANT, rCNHC), author and educator in the area of integrative cancer support. Following her cancer diagnosis in 2008, she started studying nutrition science and left her corporate career. She is completing her MSc degree in “Advanced Nutrition in Research and Practice” at Middlesex University in London in 2021.
