Research shows that only 12% of the US population is metabolically healthy. And in many areas of the world, the number of people struggling with serious chronic illnesses is similar.
To improve and optimise their metabolic health is EXACTLY why many people from all over the world come to me. Research confirms that metabolic health is intricately linked to our overall health and well-being- from the gut to the brain, nervous system, heart and all our organs. It’s my mission to get fundamental information out there to as many people as possible to start recognising the signs of poor metabolic health and start taking action- for FREE.
My goal with this workshop (broken down into two parts for easier digestibility!) is to give you an introduction to the field of metabolic health and more importantly, the link between our blood sugar and overall metabolism. It’s an area that more and more people become aware of- especially to improve their mental health- but where many misconceptions exist. I’ve heard it all- from “it doesn’t matter what your blood glucose is- it always bounces back to an ideal level” to “you need a flat curve of blood glucose to reach optimum health”- and so on…
One of my strengths is that I can break down concepts that seem complicated into easy-to-understand, actionable steps. Because it’s what I’ve been researching, implementing and practising metabolic health for over a decade. Way before it’s been talked about!
