Artichoke Dauphinoise

Dauphinoise is traditionally a potato dish. This low carb version is just as tasty. Enjoy!

Serves 4

Ingredients

480g Artichoke Hearts Canned
150g Onions, raw
100g Mayonnaise, store bought or home made
70g Cheese, Gruyere
30g Mustard, wholegrain
18g Worcestershire sauce
2g Salt
1g Pepper, black

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C / 400F.

Mix everything, except the Artichokes and Onions, together. Layer the Artichokes and Onions alternatively with the sauce. Bake in the oven for 1 hour until golden
